Who is RiverWise?

Dennis O. Norris is a widely recognized expert in river engineering and waterways infrastructure. He retired from the US Army Corp of Engineeers in 2018 with over 36 years of leadership and team management experience. He is a registered Professional Engineer in MS and LA and was awarded the National Society of Professional Engineers USACE 2000 Federal Engineer of the Year.
